   * G&S Commissioner Updates 
      * Interviews started today and will be done by next week
      * Applicants will find out in 2-3 weeks 
      * The first step will be to make the gender and sexuality committee
   * Services Summit 
      * Feb. 6th and 7th 
      * Any two of us need to go on one of the days
      * Sydney will go, we’ll wait until we have more information about the time to decide
   * Service Review 
      * We got a preliminary report: we passed!
      * This means we can keep operating as a service
      * They didn’t have any comments
   * Weekly office hours and administrative meetings
      * Natan and VC: Mondays 12noon-2pm
      * Grey and Sydney: Tuesdays 2-4pm

         1. We don’t currently have volunteers because we only have volunteer staffers when things are in person
   * QHM Motion 
      * Motion being put forth to McGill senate to institutionalize Queer History Month at McGill
      * It would make it mandatory for QHM to keep occurring every October and forces McGill to have a budget for it
      * Want QM to be signatories

4. Finance
   * Made resource order packages but was unable to pick up mail and get mooncups ir orders with breast forms
      * There was no one present at the office 
      * Will try emailing the front desk person before going back next time
5. Events

      * Will also give Fern smth for social media

      * Not sure where to point people experiencing transphobia from McGill administration
      * Unclear what part of McGill administration the student is referring to
      * Invite the student to email us back to specify what part of administration has the issue so that we can help

      * Workshop as part of Rad Sex Month
      * Sydney and Fern interested in helping run it
   * Rad sex month
      * 2-3 planned events from resources
      * Events can theme movie nights around it
      * Might be something with QPIRG that month (from events)
